This policy explains how and when The Bible Shop delivers your order.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners. We do not ship outside India at the moment. When you enter your pincode on a product page or at checkout, the website checks whether a courier delivers to it.
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery date for your pincode is shown on the product page and at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few days of dispatch, but remote areas can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates from the courier, not guarantees, and may be affected by holidays, weather or other events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and the weight of your parcel. The exact delivery charge, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also see your order status under My Account › Orders.
Address Details
Please check your address, pincode and phone number carefully at checkout. The courier may call you to deliver. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, we can re-ship it once the extra delivery charge is paid, or refund the order minus the shipping and handling cost.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If a parcel looks damaged or opened when it arrives, please do not accept it, or note it with the courier. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
